Welcome to Guardian Defense Fund

 The Guardian Defense Fund, Inc. is  organized to promote social welfare within the meaning of section  501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Our organization will be  involved in the following:

• Developing  and advocating for legislation, regulations, and government programs to  improve and protect election integrity and freedom of speech both  locally and nationally.
• Conducting research and publicizing the positions of elected officials concerning these issues.
•  Undertaking  legal actions to protect and defend those advocating for election  integrity and freedom of speech both locally and nationally.
•  Any and all activities permitted by law and consistent with the provisions of section 501 (c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.

*** The Guardian Defense Fund is an Arizona Not-For-Profit Corporation that is in the process of applying for 501(c)(4) status from the IRS.

 The first project that the Guardian Defense Fund  will undertake is litigation to fight back against the weaponization of  the “free press” and political process by holding Arizona Democrat  Legislators, news media, and social media accountable for advancing  malicious, defamatory and fallacious allegations that Representative  Mark Finchem, Electoral College Elector Anthony Kern, Congressman Paul  Gosar, and others engaged in criminal activities on January 6, 2020 at  the United States Capitol.   In the unlikely event that any criminal  investigation or charges are brought as a result of these malicious and  defamatory allegations, the Fund will underwrite the defense of those charges.  The Fund will also underwrite the defense of Representative  Finchem against an equally malicious, defamatory and fallacious ethics  complaint filed against him by certain Arizona Democrat Legislators.
